INTRODUCTION TO CAKE DECORATING - 6.30pm to 9pm
This beginners course covers basic cake decorating foundations. Learn about the science of baking, how to level fill and prepare a cake for decorations, the best way to store your cakes and more.
Each week students are required to bring one filled and covered cake ready for decorations. Basic piping techniques will be taught as well as design ideas and how to draw on your artistic skills.
Learn how to pipe borders, pipe a buttercream rose, a clown, dots, beads, shells, stripes and write on cakes as well as many other useful techniques.

PRICE: $105.00 (Includes course kit, student book and certificate of participation)
