TOPSY TURVY WEDDING CAKE WORKSHOP 10.30am to 1pm
Topsy turvy, mad hatter, whimsical, Dr Seuss - whatever you want to call it to describe a cake that is perfectly constructed to look wonky! Gordana Mihojlovic will be teaching a Topsy Turvy cake course. Gordana is a cake decorating instructor at Mohawk College and has studied with some of the industries best teachers including Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge and Bonnie Gordon. This workshop will look at two different methods of making a topsy turvy cake so that each student can decide which method the feel most comfortable with. Students will work with at least two tiers of real cake. A full list of necessary items to bring to class will be provided.

PRICE: $65.00
