FONDANT AND TIERED CAKES - COURSE 3
Students will learn more advanced cake decorating techniques including, bows, gum paste roses, cut outs, how to work with fondant, how to stack a wedding cake both with and without pillars and so much more.

PRICE: $105.00 (Includes course kit and student book along with a certificate of completion)
Students are required to bring their own cakes or dummy cakes, fondant and icing

Course will run on consecutive Tuesdays from 6.30pm to 9pm
